Cool survey.. I wanted to take that workshop, but it was closed out.
I wonder if you will be able to incorporate it into learning.
I wanted to take the workshop too, but baby decided to come and I was not able to attend! It doesn't look too difficult though - I think I'll be able to get it - I'll just come to you if I have any questions! LOL!

You can also use http://obsurvey.com for surveys. You can even embed the survey directly in your blog. It's my spare time project so it's completely free to use and has no ads.
